Is it Friday?
All possible words have occupied themselves elsewhere this week. They've been wrestling to arrange themselves into a brilliant and enticing manner within the confines of a job application. They've been busy voting each other off the story of Erica'a spiritual journey till only 1000 contestants were left. In the end, they had a nice mixture of perfunctory and entertaining vignettes to entice the perspective employer into voting Erica onto the island of satisfying, well paying work.
They sincerely hope to return next week with beautiful and sagacious reflections for your reading pleasure (well at least for hers).
I will sing for the veil that never lifts/I will sing for the veil that begins, once in a life time maybe, to lift/I will sing for the rent in the veil/I will sing for what is in front of the veil, the floating light/ I will sing for what is behind the veil—light, light and more light/This is the world and this is the work of the world. ~Mary Oliver

thankfully a few enticing words remained after such word-filled effort and made an appearance on your blog to make me wonder...where and for what did you apply???
Wondering the same thing...
